Our chef Dietmar and his team will look after you and do their best to fulfill your culinary wishes. He uses fresh seasonal produce and herbs from our own garden in his kitchen.
We prepare for you regional and international dishes, buffets, menus, and gala dinners that are not only delicious but also of a high culinary level.
A true delight for all those who like good food!
The Half Board price includes a four-course evening meal with a choice of a meat, fish, or vegetarian main course.
Unfortunately, due to the technical limitations of our kitchen we are unable to vary these set menu options and are therefore unable to cater for special dietary requirements such as allergies and intolerances.
